Today, we have a very special trainer who is based in Chattanooga, TN soon to be in Charlotte, NC. She is a recent college graduate who has dedicated her life to inspiring others through the word of God and fitness. Breana Turner of 2G4E Fitness has taken the time to put together a wonderful pure cardio workout, which I have done myself. And let me tell you, its the truth. It will get you sweating and burning just about every calorie that you’ve eaten and thought about eating previously. Cardio Crazy + Ab Attack
2 x 10 Burpees
2x 10 Half Burpees (Jump in and out with knees tucked under in plank positin)
1 minute Mountain climbers (slow, fast, slow, fast)
2x 10 Power jumps (jump out of squat position)
2x 15 Toe taps (find a bench)
2×10 Bulgarian split hops (only raise front foot off the ground)

2×25 Flutter kicks
2x 25 Cocoon crunches (slow and steady, fetal position to stretch straight out)
2×25 alternating toe reaches
2×25 plank in and outs (plank position, only move feet inward and outward)
2×25 knee tucks (sitting flat on your butt)
